Never done a Reformer Pilates class before or returning from an injury? This class flows at a slower pace. We’ll be equipping you with the foundations of using the machine and the core principles of the Reformer Pilates technique. But, don’t be fooled, this class is not an easy ride.

e strongly advice you to do at least 3 of these sessions to familiarise yourself with the Reformer machine before tackling our other classes.

This class has a more traditional approach. Your body and mind will be challenged through a greater range of exercises. This is perfect for those who are ready to pick up the pace and to centre your focus on refining your body-precision, increasing your muscular endurance and improving your overall flexibility.

If you are completely new to the Reformer machine, we advise you start with 3 Beginner classes before trying Intermediate.

Ready to kick things up a notch? For those that like to sweat, this intensive class consists of dynamic and jump board exercises that will get your heart pumping. This fun fast-paced session will be sure to leave you with sore glutes the

next day!
